Flower Essences:
Tools of Transformation

Picture
Essences are time-tested and well researched. They assist people, animals and plants. The memory of the essences is preserved in the water and that is why you can experience them in many ways: a few drops on the tongue or in a water bottle – topically through compresses, acupuncture, your creams – a few drops in your bath water - or in sprays.

Flower essences were developed and codified in the 1930s by Edward Bach, a British bacteriologist and homeopath who believed all diseases were expressions of negative emotional states. He founded a new approach to healing that concentrated on the emotional and spiritual health of people rather than their physical symptoms.

In my practice, I work with several ranges of flower essences: Alaskan Essences, Australian Bush Flower Essences, Bach Flower Essences, Spirit-in-Nature Essences, Wild Earth Healing Path Essence. Essences can be used by all ages, during pregnancy and alongside medication and herbal remedies. They are taken orally or topically while "holding intention". Because essences work in the realm of energy, they are affected by the vibrations of thoughts and feelings.

Flower essences are not essential oils in that they contain no physical part of the plant. They are safe to use. They can override self-sabotaging habits, emotional trauma, lethargy, grief, anger, and other negative emotions that inhibit a person’s ability to flourish. Benefits include the calming of the mind, improved mood, increased energy, reduced aches & pains, caused by negative emotional states.

Individual Consultations

I offer one-hour individual consultations, which include a discussion of any relevant personal history and life challenges. Based on the consultation and underlying issues, I create an essence combination provided in a flacon for the individual for their healing journey.

An adequate evaluation is never made just intellectually. I let myself become sensitive to the other person and to sense the reality that lies behind the client’s words.

As clients progress through their experience with the essences, they develop an increased self-awareness and insight into their character. The support provided by the essences leads to a new way of perceiving reality.

Empowerment of the individual is the keystone of my approach.

My Artwork

Over the last few years, as I journeyed on my personal path of healing and spiritual growth, I have been ordained as a Reverend of the Canadian Disciples of Old Catholicism in North America, and have also been awarded my diploma from the Sara E. Turner vibrational Flower Essence diploma Progamme accreditated by the British Flower Essence Association.

Also, in my work as an artist for more than thirty years, I have explored my relationship with nature and the animal world through drawing and painting. My combined experience has gifted me with the idea of developing an artistic tool to be used with my practice as a Naturotherapist.

The result is The Bolder Art collection. Each painting depicts animals and offers a unique gift of healing and support. They are meant to help people deepen their connection or recover their lost connection with the Earth.

My process included meditation and attuning with the spirit of the animals chosen for each painting. Thus, the art contains the vibrational imprint and energy of the animals which in turn leads to grounding, gifts of healing.

My work is meant as a joyous, dynamic expression of my dedication and belief in energy healing for body and soul.

not to waste our energy on unnecessary worries. Ferns remind us to celebrate our connectedness with
joy and laughter.

Watercolour Water

Picture
When I paint with watercolour, I infuse the water with a few drops of Vibrational Flower or Gem essences. The essences that I choose reflect my desire to connect the viewer to the healing power of Nature with the art process. Fire Opal (Alaskan Essences) to replenish my creative energies; Grape (Spirit-in-Nature) to promote the expression of love and devotion; Pear (Spirit-in-Nature) to instill peacefulness; Communication With God (Wild Earth Healing Path Essences) offers support for experiencing oneness with the Divine.
Flower essences transmit their Vibrational healing information by leaving their particular, crystalline imprint in the water which is transferred to the painting by my brush work.
